Looking for a somewhat update home with a radius around Woodbury. They are coming from a very nice townhome, so we need to find something that will meet their expectations and be willing to accept an offer with a “contingent on the close” of their property. Buyer and seller are both my client’s so it will be an easy close on all ends…everything is looking great.
